Privacy Policy

Games by Kingfisher · Effective 13 July 2026
In short: our games do not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no cookies set by the games themselves. Your settings stay on your own device. In multiplayer, the display name you choose and your gameplay actions are sent to a game server only for the duration of the match and are not kept.

1. Scope

This policy covers browser games developed and published by Kingfisher (currently including Kingdom Conquest), on whichever platforms they appear. If a future game ever needs to collect more than what is described here, this policy will be updated first.

2. What the games collect

Nothing personal. The games have no accounts, no registration, no chat, and no analytics or telemetry of their own. They never ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details.

3. Data stored on your device

Game preferences and progress (for example: unlocked cosmetics, difficulty choice, best times, and the fictional display name you rolled or picked) are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only. This data never leaves your device, and you can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Multiplayer connections

Multiplayer matches connect to a game server operated by us. During a match, the connection carries only what the game needs to function: your chosen in-game display name (a fictional name assembled inside the game, never your real identity) and your gameplay actions. This information is held in the server's memory for the duration of the match and is discarded when the match ends. It is not written to a database, not used to build profiles, and never sold or shared with anyone.

As with any internet service, the server necessarily processes your IP address to deliver the game to you. IP addresses are used only to maintain the connection and for routine, short-lived technical logs that help keep the server running. They are not used to identify you and are not shared.

5. Platforms and advertising

When you play through a game platform such as Poki, that platform - not the game - provides the surrounding website, advertising, and any related data processing, under its own privacy policy. For games played on Poki, see the Poki Privacy Statement. Our games pass no personal data to advertisers.

6. Children

Our games are suitable for general audiences and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights and choices

Because our games keep no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to look up, correct, export, or delete on a server - your on-device data is under your control through your browser settings.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
